I have been within the Fitness industry since 2010, working as a Personal Trainer in both private gyms and corporate health clubs.
In 2013 my passion for Fitness and helping others took me overseas, to countries such as Turkey & Tenerife, as well as the Middle East delivering first-class Personal Training & sport and wellbeing programmes. It was here that I gained invaluable experience from a vast range of professionals.
I have always looked to put my clients at the forefront of my knowledge, and aim to give them my undivided attention in every Personal Training session I deliver. This may be through coaching them with a movement, or giving them advice and help with things away from the gym; such as nutrition and mindset.

“Joe took over looking after my training after time out with a broken foot, from the off the exercises were based around making sure the foot had time to repair while continuing the plan for fitness and lean muscle build up during our rehabilitation programme.
He has no problem being at the gym for 6am which works well around my job... not many people would be prepared to push along at that time!

I started training with Joe after my current workouts, and signing up to Joe Wicks' plan wasn’t having the affect that I wanted and my body needed a change in routine.
I had always been used to doing lots of cardio and when Joe said it will be mainly resistance training and compound movements, this was totally out of my comfort zone!
Joe tailored my training around building lean muscle and gave me lots of advice on nutrition and portion sizes (NO MORE BISCUITS WITH TEA). The training is tailored to each individuals goals and every session is varied and enjoyable - I’ve already noticed a huge difference in my body shape and will continue to push myself further.
I am now able to lift weights that I never thought I would be able to, and I’m enjoying every session that Joe plans for me (APART FROM BURPEES!).
Joe has taught me so much about how to fuel my body properly and I am confident in following these principles going forward with the aim to continue to improve and build more muscle. I have honestly never felt fitter and better before, mentally and physically and I can only thank Joe for that.

I have worked with Joe several times in Strength & Conditioning programmes which he planned for me. Firstly while I was under trial at Charlton Athletic FC, and then in the latter years, Joe coached me in the UK when I was back visiting, at the time I was out in the states playing in Universities in both North Georgia & Pennsylvania. Most recently, Joe set strength programmes for me while I was at Bath Uni.
Joe's sessions are always very thorough and finely detailed. We spend a good 15 minutes at least on a potentiation warm up and lots of mobility.
Since working with Joe on major compound movements such as the squat, deadlift and bench press, I have felt much stronger and physically fitter with my game as I move through higher levels of senior football.

I spent the majority of my early career working within fitness for various gyms and nutrition companies.
I have never found exercise to be a chore, it was always a passion of mine and something I loved to do, and I spent time overseas managing sport and wellbeing programmes from 2013 which kept me incredibly active.
I moved back to the UK a few years ago and started a job working as a Recruitment Consultant in the city with some of my best friends, who lets face it, had put me to shame aesthetically. I’d had enough of being the Peter Griffin of the office, and I knew I had to do something about it.
The job itself is incredibly fun and challenging, but I’m aware of how static office jobs are and how they can hinder your health, mobility and posture in the long-run.
I needed to find a plan to work to, something to follow that was going to give me routine and keep me accountable. I contacted Joe regarding his 12 week lean plan, and I enjoyed it immensely. I feel so much fitter and stronger, and have found routine again.
